How To Make A Return
To initiate a return, visit our Return your item page on Royal Mail’s website. Follow the steps to make your returns label. Then download, print and affix your label to the original box or packaging for return.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its perfect condition we will issue you a full refund or store credit.
Returns must be received back to us within 14 days from the date of approval.
Parcels up to 2 kg in weight
For customers in Germany, the Republic of Ireland and Spain, we offer a return service for the cost of local postage only. This service is provided by Royal Mail, and currently only available in these three countries.
For all other European countries, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will still provide a pre-paid returns label, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Parcels over 2 kg in weight
Customers returning item(s) over 2 kg in weight are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to make a return
Please note that item(s) for return must not have been used, worn, altered, washed, dirtied, damaged, and must include all original packaging, seals and tags. You can return any product within 30 days of your order being delivered for either a refund or a WildBounds store credit.
In all cases, to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s), with the following details:
Once we have confirmed the order qualifies for the returns service, we will email you a returns label. You then take the parcel to your local post office and return it. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm its perfect condition, we will notify you and issue the refund or credit.
I received an item as a gift, can I return it?
Certainly. Our returns policy (see above) applies to all gift orders. Please contact us with any questions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the returned item and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund or store credit. This can take up to 7-10 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole returns process can take up to 3 weeks in total.
After the return has been approved, refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process. Refunds for WildBounds store credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund issued.
The purchased item is damaged/defective - what do I do?
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any defects, breakages or damages you must notify us within 48 hours by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us on our Contact Us page. We will typically reply requesting a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We are unable to replace or refund any such items if we are not notified within the 48 hour time period.

What about defective/damaged products outside of the returns window?
In the event a purchased product experiences a defect during use after this initial 48-hour period then please contact us. We will do all we can to reach a satisfactory resolution. Many of our products carry an extended manufacturer's warranty, which we will provide guidance on.
Can you accommodate an exchange?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges. You'll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order.
